Terms of Use

Effective 31 July 2026

1. Product

GAED Home Project Brief is a personalized digital preparation document based on information supplied by the purchaser. The standard deliverable is one 12-page PDF in Japanese, English or Brazilian Portuguese, plus the online questionnaire and order-status workflow.

2. Professional boundary

The product is not architectural design, a floor plan, drawing review, engineering, code or permit review, approval, cost estimate, dimensioning, construction advice, or unlimited consulting. It does not establish professional responsibility for the purchaser’s project. Local professionals remain responsible for design, verification, permissions, safety and construction decisions.

3. Purchaser responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and clearly distinguish facts, preferences and unknowns.
  • Do not submit an exact address, unnecessary personal data, confidential employer/client material, or content you are not allowed to share.
  • Review the final summary and verify all project conditions with the responsible local professionals.
  • Keep the order access link private.

4. Delivery and quality controls

Delivery is normally within two business days after complete answers are received. Automated delivery occurs only after required validation checks pass. If a check fails, the order is moved to a short manual review. GAED may request clarification where an answer is missing or contradictory.

5. Correction and licence

One correction is included without charge when the report incorrectly interprets information present in the submitted answers. Adding new requirements, changing the project after submission, producing options, or redesign is outside the included correction. The PDF is licensed for the purchaser’s personal project and may be shared with the professionals working on that project; resale, template extraction and republication are not allowed.

6. Availability and liability

GAED will use reasonable care to provide the digital service and correct confirmed interpretation errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GAED is not responsible for decisions or losses arising from treating the brief as professional design, approval, engineering or cost advice. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

7. Contact

Questions, corrections and formal notices: guilherme@gaed-arch.com. Include the order ID, but do not email payment card data or confidential drawings.
