Privacy Policy

Effective 31 July 2026 / 日本語・English・Português

1. Information we collect

GAED collects order identifiers, payment confirmation metadata, email address, selected language, questionnaire answers, consent records, report status, delivery logs, and support or correction requests. Payment card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by GAED. The questionnaire does not request an exact address, legal name, plans, or sensitive documents.

2. Purpose and processing

  • Provide, validate and deliver the purchased report.
  • Prevent duplicate payment or delivery and maintain security logs.
  • Handle a correction, cancellation, refund, deletion or support request.
  • Meet record-keeping duties that apply to the transaction.

Marketing is separate and optional. It is never selected by default. Transactional email is sent only as necessary to fulfil the order.

3. Automation and AI-assisted tools

The service uses structured automation and deterministic checks to organize answers and verify numeric traceability. AI-assisted tools may be used during product development or a manual quality review. They do not provide a floor plan, decide the design, or replace the responsible architect, builder, engineer or other local professional. A report that fails a quality gate is held for review instead of being delivered automatically.

4. Service providers and transfers

Infrastructure, payment, transactional email and file-delivery providers process only the information needed for their role. The current intended providers are OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare infrastructure, Stripe for payment, and Resend or an equivalent transactional email provider. These services may process data outside your country under their own safeguards and terms.

5. Retention, security and your choices

Questionnaire answers and generated reports are scheduled for deletion 180 days after completion, unless earlier deletion is requested or a short extension is needed to resolve a correction or dispute. Minimal transaction records may be retained where required by applicable accounting, tax, payment or legal obligations. Access links are bearer links: do not forward them.

You may request access, correction or deletion of project content by emailing guilherme@gaed-arch.com with the order ID. Identity may be confirmed using the order email before data is released or deleted.

6. Control and contact

GAED is responsible for the product workflow. The seller’s legally required identity and address will be displayed on the Specified Commercial Transactions page before checkout is activated.
