Operational retention

Incomplete checkout

Removed or anonymized after operational troubleshooting is no longer needed.

Questionnaire and report

Scheduled for deletion 180 days after the order is completed.

Support and correction

Kept with the project content until the issue is closed and the retention period ends.

Payment record

Minimal transaction information is retained only as required for payment reconciliation and applicable accounting, tax or legal duties.

Deletion request

Email guilherme@gaed-arch.com from the purchase email with the order ID. GAED will delete questionnaire content and generated report unless temporary retention is required to resolve an active dispute or a legal duty applies. Payment card data is never stored by GAED.

Security

Reports are stored separately from searchable order metadata and are accessed through a private bearer link. Administrative access is restricted to an authenticated allowlisted account. Delivery and deletion actions are logged without exposing questionnaire content in email.
